ModelTalker software is a text to speech synthesizer. It is a simple application for Text To Speech (TTS) conversion.
This application has a simple interface: it consists of a single window with File, Options, and Help menus, a Text Entry Area where you can type text for ModelTalker to speak, and a group of buttons which control basic program functions (Speak, Pause, Halt
, Clear) and some speaker mood settings (Cheer, Gloom, Contra, Angry).
